LabourLok started with someone who needed a chance.
Our founder was NEET as a teenager: not in education, employment or training. The idea for LabourLok began at 17. At 18, he is building a business designed to create opportunities for other young people.
The UK has a skills shortage and a generation of young people who can't get through the door. LabourLok does the work in the middle: finding the people, getting them ready, putting them on site and staying with them.

Our initial focus is young people aged 17 to 25, particularly those who are NEET (not in education, employment or training), entering work for the first time, returning to employment or facing barriers to getting started. We operate throughout the UK and, where appropriate, Europe.
